حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية في Samha بإحدى طريقتين.

من داخل التطبيق

افتح تطبيق Samha وادخل إلى «حسابي».
اختر «حذف الحساب» وأكّد.

تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وعناوينك نهائيًا، ويُسجَّل خروجك من جميع الأجهزة.

من غير التطبيق

أرسل رسالة إلى samhamarket@gmail.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك بعنوان «حذف حساب Samha»، واذكر رقم الجوال المسجّل. نتحقق من هويتك، وننفّذ الطلب ونؤكد لك خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي نحتفظ به

يُحذف: الاسم والجوال والبريد والعناوين والرصيد المتبقي في الحساب.
قد نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات المطلوبة نظامًا، بعد فصلها عن هويتك قدر الإمكان، لمدة لا تزيد عن 6 سنوات.
صور إثبات التسليم تُحذف بعد 90 يومًا، وسجلات الأمان بعد 12 شهرًا.

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه، ويُفقد أي رصيد متبقٍ في الحساب.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your Samha account and personal data in either of two ways.

In the app

Open the Samha app and go to "My account".
Choose "Delete account" and confirm.

Your personal data and addresses are deleted permanently and you are signed out of all devices.

Without the app

Email samhamarket@gmail.com from the address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my Samha account" and include your registered mobile number. We verify your identity, carry out the request and confirm to you within 30 days.

What is deleted and what we keep

Deleted: name, mobile number, email, addresses and any remaining account balance.
We may keep order records the law requires, separated from your identity as far as possible, for no more than 6 years.
Delivery proof photos are deleted after 90 days and security logs after 12 months.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; any remaining account balance is lost.
